Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Products purchased on sale or clearance, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at orders@safesunnies.com.au to notify us of your intention to return a product. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Package and Ship: Carefully package the product in its original packaging and include the return authorization number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. If the product is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
- If the returned product is not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued, depending on the condition of the item.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is not available, a refund will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at orders@safesunnies.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
