Warranty Coverage

Safe Sunnies Pty Ltd offers a 6-month warranty on all our safety eyewear products from date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Basis

This warranty is based on the warranty provided by the original manufacturer, Riley Eyewear/Globus. Riley Eyewear is a brand under Globus Group. Safe Sunnies Pty Ltd provides this warranty in line with the terms and conditions established by Riley Eyewear/Globus Group.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the lenses or frames.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or alterations.
- Products not purchased directly from Safe Sunnies Pty Ltd or an authorized retailer.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product is defective and covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at orders@safesunnies.com.au with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
2. Upon review, we may request that you return the product to us for inspection.
3. If the defect is confirmed and covered by our warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product at no charge to you.

Limitations and Liability

This warranty is the exclusive remedy offered by Safe Sunnies Pty Ltd. Safe Sunnies Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
